Terms and Conditions

1. Placing Orders. We require the customers full details including name,address and telephone number. On receipt of your order we will e-mail back to you an Order Confirmation. This will show full details of your order including the cost and any delivery charges. It is your responsibility to check that the details of the Order Confirmation are correct and inform us immediately if there are any errors.

2. Damaged Goods. When an order is delivered to you, it is your responsibility to check it immediately. If there is any apparent damage you must note this on the Carrier’s delivery note. You must notify us of damage within 48 hours of receipt and the goods must be returned to us within 30 days.

3. Returns. We will only accept full untampered boxes of tiles for return. Goods must be returned within 30 days of supply. A 20% restocking charge will be made. If tiles require re-boxing a further charge may be made. Goods are to be returned by the purchaser at their cost. We must be advised in writing that a Return is to be made. Credits will not be processed until the goods are received and checked by Original Features. Credit will only be allowed for goods that are in a saleable condition.

4. Quantities. We will be happy to advise on quantities of tiles for specific areas. Such advice is offered in good faith and you must check quantities suggested. Final quantities ordered are your responsibility. If you require additional tiles for cutting and wastage, please make your requirements clear. Where we advise the tile quantities required for a square meter of a design, variations may occur if the tiles are set out with a different “break” point, particularly in small areas. We do not allow for additional tiling to finish edges – if these are required you must specify.

5. Deliveries. Delivery of our cleaning products is Next Working Day from the time we process the order. Delivery is via TNT or an equivalent carrier. If you purchase any other products from us, the delivery cost is calculated on the weight of the item(s). For tiles and fireplaces, delivery is within 3-5 working days. Please check all items on delivery and if there is any problem, please contact us. Please be aware that all deliveries need a signature.

6. Colours and dimensions of Tiles . As with all natural clay products, some variation in shade may occur. Tilers should always be reminded to take the usual precaution of mixing tiles of the same colour from different boxes, to distribute shading differences evenly across the floor. Some small variations in sizing may occur between different colours – grout lines should be adjusted accordingly. Note that any colour references shown in Olde English brochures or any other catalogues supplied, website, point of sale material etc are to be used as a guide only. Colours shown are only as accurate as technology allows.
